This post is a little late, but our little Max turned 2 on the 11th! We had a FUN celebration with almost 20 family members. Lots of food, cake, toys for Max, AND an American Idol Karaoke tournament for the grown-ups after Max went down for his nap.
Hard to believe that this time last year, Max was still crawling and saying probably only 10 words or so, and we were packing up our loft to start our new life here in Lathrop.
Seems so long ago, yet just like yesterday. What a difference a year makes...

I have been wanting to let you know that your blog has been an inspiration for me. After stumbling upon yours when I was in the beginning stages of a purchase and renovation of a 1914 Victorian, your blog inspired me to creat and do the same. It has been so much fun and I wanted to thank you. I hope you are enjoying your beautiful project.
I want a video posted of Joe singing whatever song he got on the Karaoke tournament. I know I would LOL.
